Human Resource Associate
Full Time Position
Reports to: Business Manager Positions Supervised: N/A
Job Summary
MRBG is interested in a qualified Human Resources Associate who can analyze the smallest details without losing sight of the big picture and implement powerful solutions that drive companies to achieve their goals. Our advisors must be able to invest in our client’ success to deliver exceptional value that improves their bottom line. It is our belief that fostering an environment that encourages professional and personal growth allows us to transfer our knowledge to our clients, not just do the work for them. Our advisors must be willing to take on challenging business situations and work through any tensions that may arise in a creative and tailored manner, as we believe it is here where the innovative ideas and fresh solutions emerge.
Our advisors strive to build trust through all our actions and the key to that trust is our ability to have honest, straight-forward conversations with clients. Our organization values partnerships that can embrace criticism and encourage constructive thinking. To provide a competitive advantage to our clients we hit the ground running. From day one, we are onsite getting to know our clients and learning how they run their business. We take this knowledge and help the client create a roadmap that provides a clear path to their success.
